Pinacl GDA take the complexity out of global delivery of IT projects by offering a single route to market allowing the customer to leverage our network of international accredited, pre-approved partners across all regions.

Pinacl GDA focusses on our core deliverables which allow us to offer specialised solutions to meet our customer’s needs. Our core deliverables are corroborated by industry achieved accreditations and vast experience which differentiate us from the competition.

For over 35 years the Pinacl Holdings Group, which Pinacl GDA form part of have continued to provide innovative services & solutions to a wide range of customers. We work tirelessly to exceed our customers’ expectations and believe that this has direct business benefit to those we work with. Formed in 1983, Pinacl Holding Group head office is in St Asaph, North Wales, although the majority of our employees are based on customer sites or close to our customers throughout the UK. Pinacl GDA also have offices in London Canary Wharf and India which allows us to service our customers more effectively.

Focus on quality and accreditation

We believe our continued success is built on the quality of our staff. Directly employing and developing our people to deliver value at all stages of engagement with our customers; from initial planning through to ongoing support and management of solutions allows real understanding of our customer’s challenges. 

This development is underpinned and independently endorsed by our accreditation's, from our technology partners and independent quality awarding bodies such as ISO. 

Additionally, we utilise Prince2 Project Management and ITIL methodologies and have qualified people, to ensure best practice is followed. Pinacl is also Silver Investors in People accredited and Safe Contractor approved which demonstrates our health and safety competence to both new and existing clients. 

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

CSR is something that we take very seriously and we seek to be a good corporate citizen in all we do. We believe that everybody has a part to play in working towards a more rounded society. This includes; conducting business with integrity, high levels of health & safety, minimising environmental impacts, ensuring equal opportunities for all and engaging with the local community. 

Our chosen charity is St. Kentigern Hospice in St Asaph, North Wales
