What is the Global Delivery Alliance?

The Pinacl Global Delivery Alliance (Pinacl-GDA) is an association of accredited experienced organizations which has been formed for mutual benefit providing a single route to market for all aspects of IT delivery on a global basis for our customers.

Pinacl-GDA enables customers to benefit from a ‘single point of contact’ for all delivery while the alliance manages the members on the customers behalf.

Each member of the Pinacl-GDA alliance is signed up through a managed service agreement (MSA) which enables membership to the alliance.

The MSA ensures only the best organizations are accepted in terms of:

  • Project Delivery
